At Quad Services, we help small businesses access real contract opportunities from government, school, and private sectors. We’re currently hiring for three independent contractor roles, each playing a key part in helping our clients grow.
Contract Package Specialist (CPS)
As a Contract Package Specialist, Is our sales position. Your role is to speak with small business owners and help them choose the contract support package that best fits their needs.
Commission-based role: Earn 10–12% commission on every package sold
Flexible hours: Work any time between 9:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM PST
Call-focused performance: This is a performance-based position measured by outreach, not logged hours
You’ll receive scripts, email templates, and training to help you succeed. If you enjoy sales, helping small businesses, and setting your own schedule — this role is for you.
🧭 2. Contract Discovery Specialist
A Contract Discovery Specialist works directly with clients who purchase our mid-tier plan. Your job is to:
Review weekly contract opportunities with clients
Help them determine if a contract is a good fit based on their business size, certifications, and qualifications
Provide guidance on what documents or requirements may be needed
This is a great fit for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others make smart business decisions.
🛠 3. Contract Procurement Assistant
Contract Procurement Assistants support clients who choose our full-service package. In this role, you’ll:
Help clients complete bid documents
Review contract requirements and deadlines
Assist with proposal writing and submission
Schedule meetings or walkthroughs as needed
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, deadline-driven, and confident managing paperwork and communication on behalf of clients.
All positions are independent contractor roles, and compensation is either commission-based or tied to client assignments depending on the role.
